This trip started yesterday and I finally just got home.

I was going to head up on sunday for some fishing, maybe take a walleye swimming, who knows. Find out I have my sisters birthday party, so after lunch, load up and head out. By the time I get to Ramsey I counted 5 cars in the ditch and I decided there are gonna be better days.

So I pack up this morning, leave about 5 am, weather was nice, roads not too bad, get about the same place I turned around last night, realized I left the Strikemaster at home. Turn around, away we go again.

Stop at Prince Bait, picked up the best scoop for your money anywhere south of Perham! :-D

Swing at Rocky Reef, didnt see anyone in the bar, lake looked pretty wet, so I decided I really dont want to be wading too much, but did have my rubber boots.

Ended up stopping at the Goose for breakfast, than went to the Garrison North Access. Fished the main break in the morning, had five bites, 2 beautiful eye, go digging to find the camera, muy bueno, its in the truck. So I pack everything up, walk the 1.15 miles back in, get the camera. Walk 1.15 miles back out.

I decided to go try no mans land for some sumos. Yeah the sumos thought otherwise, picking up 5 of them off 5 bites. Nothing worth talking about.

Decide to walk to the West reef on a finger to the north from 25 feet of water up to 7.

3 bites there from 3 to 6. Heres two of em, lost the third. For the sake of things I am going to say its a pout (in 7 feet of water on the rocks  )

I was really bored out there and decided to try sightfishing, I never got a pic of me with this one. but it came in on a rap three times and wanted nothing to do with it but swim around and get me excited, throw down this spoon and it was on.

Your guess is as good as mine on the length of her, that 3 9 inch holes augered together than two on the bottom are angled out so see underneath.

Throw out your best guess. It rolled when I set the camera. And for some reason, I am not that dissappointed.

I was lucky to have a guy outside walking around when I picked this one up, I didnt have a tripod with me.

And I gotta throw in the Sunset

Nice fish Chris, but why walk when you had the wheeler there?
