You will need a lighter with MNO/ICE written on it included in every picture submitted  to the judges for scoring!!!    It needs to be in the picture.  It can not be photo shopped in later.  It must be readable.  The complete lighter and the complete fish on the measuring board or tape needs to be in the picture.  You can use your lighter from last summer and it does not have to be a bic.  The new message must be on it!!!  MNO/ICE is the new message.  You can put tape on the lighter and write on that to cover up the old message.  This will be the item and it is non debatable.  Good luck everybody.  We are getting close.   :happy1: :happy1: :happy1:
