Greatoutdoors, how are we looking for vehicle traffic the end of January?  I am hoping all that will be needed is the truck.  Does Burnside get pressure ridges that will limit truck travel?

As of today, the temps are dropping and the ice is setting up very nicely.  Saturday's opening had about 4 inches of water all over, that has since froze and most areas will allow for easy travel with full size vehicles when you guys head up for some trout fishing.
However, temps are really going to drop in the near future and remain low on the weekend/Monday you will be fishing so make sure to bring portable or wheeled shelters.  There is no snow to speak of on the lake at this time so portables will need to be anchored unless we get about 6 inches of snow before then, and that is not looking possible.
I'll keep you posted.

GO, There is a good chance that it might just be me :doah:.  A couple of the other boys were following your directions from another web site and ended up In Iowa.   :rotflmao: :rotflmao:  When I am in Ely I would like to stop by Houle's office.  Would that be a right, east or west, a left or straight across the street?   :rotflmao: :rotflmao:  Before I forget Borgie wanted me to send a message to you. It went something like this--
"THWACK!!"--   Or maybe it was where is the laundromat?   :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Hmm, the chance you could find your way to Ely without someone else driving is slim to none. ;D
I'll have to draw you a map to Houleville, or just may attach a string to his front door, and the other end to my shop so you cannot possibly get lost.
Of course, you may knock on my shop door 5 or 6 times because you went the wrong way but that can be corrected in a few hours.
As far as the Brogster, the Legion of Doom thumped her badly this year so she knows enough to keep her distance from us.
