With music, costumes and cheers, Duluth crowd celebrates smelt (photos, video)

Only in Duluth. A few hundred people tromped through the snow and massed near the base of the Aerial Lift Bridge on Sunday afternoon to rally around a tiny, shiny sign of spring.
