vegas is only fitting for a union convention..   trying to work in a mob reference there but not feeling very creative this morning. have fun.. and make sure you collect all the handouts from the illegals on the corners. you can make a game of it.

this convention was held in Kansas city the first time. its where our headquarters is located. there are no accomodations big enough there to handle all the people that attend this event, that's why it went to vegas.

last time I was in vegas was with my bible thumpin ex mother in law.. the handouts from the illegals on the corner were for hookers and strippers.. she gathered maybe 10 of em before her husband said "what the hell are you planning tonight" she looked down and realized it was all porno related material and it was like her hand burst into flames.. never saw that women litter before or break any law in her life until that moment where she dropped all those pamflets... the look on her face...    the next time I was there we collected as many of those as we could and gave em to my brother for christmas.. ma wasn't thrilled with our choice of christmas gift for him.. but we all got a kick out of it. (he was recently divorced and the reference was that a random hooker in vegas each year would be cheaper than him getting married again)

Just as impressive is the new bridge.  Be sure to stop at the north end and walk across.  I kinda give you the willies.  It's about 1200 feet above the river.  Really cool and free.

made it back safely...............and SO much smarter!!!!!! lost a whole whoopin $2.85. did by a neat scenery pic down on fremont street. guy did it with spray paint phone book paper and napkins.

seen some REAL  interesting people!!! also did the hoover dam tour. man is that impressive!!!!!!!!!!

but man was it hot. one day was 115. the tour guy said Friday the humidity/dewpoint was pretty high......25%.  on a normal day its 10. good to be back home though.
