Well spent all day Monday on the pond with my youngest son Zach we caught 10 walleyes smallest going 21 1/2" biggest 27" with 2 orange tagged fish both 21 1/2" one was fat the other was so skinny looked like it was starving big head skinny body caught a few last year that looked the same.

Contacted the DNR send the tag in even if it's not a slot fish remove tag sent to DNR and they send you a lure, I guess they tagged 20,000 fish they say it's to help monitor the walleyes, oh yeah some kind of bug hatch like little flys there not mayflies man talk about annoying

Me and Zach hit the big pond again on Monday evening only fished 3 hrs then got blown off the lake did catch 3 walleyes didn't measure any all were in the mid 20's used spinners with crawlers and leechs all were caught in 8-10' OFW. Then were back again Tuesday morning was still alittle windy so we hit the SE corner again trolling spinners w/crawlers and leech's caught 9 walleyes 2 being 19" the rest were 24-25" and Zach caught a nice Musky on a Leech just took a quick pic and released it i'd say 40" fish, we were gonna stay and bobber fish but Zach thought he left are headlamps in the truck nope were in the boat were i put them think he just wanted to get off the lake only spent 13 hrs on the pond if i can get Zach to load his pic's off his phone to my puter i'll post his Musky and a beautiful sunset pic, oh yeah didn't cach any orange tagged fish but did catch one with a yellow tag was pretty dirty lookin like it been on the fish for a while.

 Me and a buddy hit the SE corner Tuesday didn't start fishing until 4Pm pretty slow, trolled crawler and leechs caught a few fish right around 8PM  no slot fish and 1 bonus DOG FISH been a long time since I caught one of them, fished till 10PM  don't know if i'm gonna do anymore fishing this weekend being a holiday.
