For those of you who use the Thermacell and either run out of Butane or find that your pad still has some use left here is a little trick I do with my left over pads. I simply bring them home and use them on the deck. I take a little tea candle stick three toothpicks in a triangle into the candle and place the pad over the flame about an inch away. Just the right distance to get the last bit of repellent out of the pad. As the candle burns down you can shorten the tooth picks.
