i guide at the local hunting club and to me my #1 rule is dont swing down the line. my #2 rule is dont shoot birds on the ground or low flyers (5 feet off the ground or less) so you dont shoot me or my dogs. well today my number 1 and 2 rule was broken and it nearly resulted in me getting shot. luckily im quick at making decisions and hit the ground half second before this customer shot(i could literally see down the bore of his gun) so everyone please be careful out there and be aware of your surroundings! end rant

If we did something boneheaded like that growing up you got to hunt the rest of the weekend with no ammo but you still carried your gun.

I hope you sent him home and petitioned to have him suspended if a member. There is no excuse for an error like that!
