OH... IT"S been way too long since I went and made my first and only trip to URL - 2 Years Ago.  All be it was a short trip (6 hours) I did manage to catch one of those SLABS while there and hope to catch some more this time, plus those walleyes are fair game.

I finally have someone to go with me help with video with Jeff at Agassiz lodge in less then two weeks.  Hopefully the fish cooperate so we can get done what we need to get done and then I NEED TO CLAMP...

2-Way Radio Channel?

Anyone else going to be up there?

I think your timing is impeccable, Scott. It is supposed to warm up which will coincide with another crappie rampage. This past weekend was somewhat slower, still some limits of crappies but you had to pinpoint the spot closer. Still everyone left with fish, so happy campers they were.  Rosy reds were the crappie's  prefered morsel of the day.  The pressure ridge finally settled down yest. It was a pain on sat. Lots of northerns C & R
in the 30 to 40 inch range over the last few days.
