All you have to do is be picked to be on Lee's team.   How can you make that happen. Pray! Not that most of you haven't already prayed to be on Lee's team in past years. Then again maybe you didn't pray hard enough in the past.

Just like a car, you'd need to blow into it, and pass the test before you're able to post something.
It could be set for about, say .2%.  If your BA content was higher than that, you'd have to take a nap and try later.

I didn't get a MNO sticker but I thought that was because I didn't follow the rules.

The MNO stickers were only sent to those with the ability to catch    We didn't feel it was necessary to waste them

  Since I'm pretty sure that my team will win the summer challenge I have decided to go for the never been done in the history MNO double whammy.  I intend to win both the summer challenge and the Rock Bass challenge in the same year.  It shouldn't be too hard.  The competition is looking particularly weak this year.  I have a feeling there is a good chance the Borgersens will get to Ely and find out they forgot their boat.     Glenn57 will be busy closing up business's that somehow managed to keep their doors open another year under this current administration.  Boar is liable to find himself locked in an outhouse in Walker for the majority of the summer.  Greatoutdoors won't even get his dock in this year.  Why risk another beat down especially when the Borgersens are boat-less and will want to use  his dock.

  to the smackdown thread dew2. My whoppie cushions are gas powered with automatic fuel injection not to mention the eco-boost option.

   Master Lee forgive Boar for he know not what he do!!!   The lad is new and eager with a fighting attitude.  With proper training in smack he may evolve into an amusement.  Perhaps when one of the Generals daughter get older they could enter the fishing challenge and give the Boar a good tussle.  Obviously the General has the good sense to save what is left of his manliness {Why save a dime after losing 1000$ ?   }and not enter the challenge or smack-down.  I am sure Greatoutdoors will let him hang out under his porch this summer when the Borgersens come to town.

   Boar keep taking shots.  Just to warn you once the teams are drawn all kid gloves and baby smacks are gone.   Historically we have seen your kind come and go.  It goes a little like this.

I've been begging him to take me out for a steak for all the fishing tips I've given him over the years!
I taught him the basics, like don't be afraid to touch live bait, and a leech or a night crawler can't bite, (which took several years)!
He still baits his hook with a glove on (unless Borgie's in the boat to do it for him) and is nervous when he tries to take a wiggling fish off.  With this last little problem, it is indeed fortunate that he doesn't catch too many fish.
I'm leery about trying to take his education to the next level, like you don't shake up a can of beer like a can of tomato juice, you eat the inside of a banana, not the outside, etc.

I had to laugh when reading GO's post. It reminded me about leeches the first time I ever tried them. That was back in the day when I was young and handsome. Now I'm just handsome.  So, any who I had never used leeches before and decided to try them out for the first time. I have to be honest they gave me the creeps.  Here I was out on Lake Geneva night fishing for the first time. I wanted to put one on the hook without touching it. Well, I soon found out that this was not feasible, especially in the dark.

Being the brave warrior that I was I figured it would be best not to try to physically touch one of those ugly creatures. After about what seemed to be an hour but, actually took me a mere 10 minutes I figured it out. I picked the black beauty up with a pliers ( took 5 minutes). Then with a small flashlight in my mouth I found a small block of wood in the boat. Placing the leech on the wood block while holding it down with the pliers I managed to pierce the flesh with my hook.

By this time I was totally exhausted but none the less I was very proud of myself. At that point I noticed that the leech was rolled up into a tight ball so that don't look so inviting I figured. Think I'll leave the rest of the story to your imagination because I can't honestly shame myself any longer.
