Hunting is not life and death. It is more important than that.

Never used covert cams. What don't you like after only two days of having it?

just messed around in the yard with it and didnt seem to work as well as i was told it would slow trigger speed kind of a pain to get set up pic wise and time but i stuck it out in the woods and we will see how it works over the next few months maybe it will prove me wrong if not they are very inexpensive so not too much of a loss

Well hope it works for you.

I bought a moultrie once and after the first run the pics were horrible and the trigger seemed slow. I absolutely hated the camera. It was an extra camera so I continued to put it out and the second pull it actually did really well. Had a great pics and the battery life was super long. Again, its just a cheap cam but for whatever reason the first run was bad. maybe you'll have better luck.

Good luck!

Hopefully...

I notice with the cheaper cams they are great over a feed source but when you start trying to pattern deer by hitting travel routes the trigger speeds fail you every time.

we have 1 we bought from our proshop because they swear by them to be the most dependable. it is very tough but it doesnt compare to the others we have and its much more expensive.

I have a covert MP6 black flash.  I got it because my local archery shop told me that covert was the best company to deal with if any issues came up as well as a recommendation from a friend.

The daytime pictures are great, night time pictures not so much (I was told black flash cameras don't do very well at night but I still went with it because I don't want to risk anything spooking what I am after), battery life is great, trigger speed is better than some cameras but not the best. (1.2 sec) It has a picture viewer but it's so small that it is all but useless. Settings are easy enough. It can do video or time lapse but I don't use those features. I have it set for 3 pic bursts. They aren't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. Over all I'm happy with it and I wouldn't have a problem getting another covert.

after running the camera for the summer I have to say I'm not super stoked about it but over all for the price it's well worth the money not sure if I will pick up another or stick to spypoint cameras but over all I am happy.
