A couple weeks ago a neighbor ask permission to hunt turkeys on my land.  Being none of us were hunting that season, I told him to go ahead but the ground is soft so you may have to take a wheeler in.  Last Sunday while walking the land I saw major ruts in a field.  Also, I found corn cobs spread in the field near a good hunting spot.  I sent the guy an email and told him he need to repair the road and field.  I also told him I didn't think there was a need to bait turkeys, especially on my land.  He apologized for the ruts and said he would repair the damage.  Then he said something that really ticked me off.  He said the corn wasn't his but his buddy put it there and he didn't know about it because his buddy was hunting alone that day.
Lessons here:
1. If you get permission to hunt someone's land, listen and do as he suggests.  If he says use an ATV, then by god, us an ATV.
2. If you get permission to hunt someone's land, that is YOUR permission. That is NOT permission for you to give anyone you wish permission to hunt there.

A lot of the time I get denied its because of past experiences with hunters who did not follow the rules. Sad to say but there's a lot of them out there! Bad apples ruining it for the rest of us.

BUT... I'm willing to make it up to you deadeye, you can give me permission to come chase some of those monsters that roam your property and i'll show you the proper way to treat anothers property.  :happy1:

and I tend to bring top shelf liquor when I get invited.
If science fiction has taught me anything, it's that you can never have enough guns and ammo when the zombies come back to life... "WS"
