   Once we receive your 5 $ + postage for your MNO signed and numbered bumper sticker your name will be added to this list.   Once the sign up deadline passes we will then randomly draw 3 member teams.  Don't wait until the deadline.    Only Lee Borgersen or DDSBYDAY will add names to this list as we receive payment.
