Not your typical meal for Easter.  We have had this for Christmas also at times.  Kalbi, or Korean thin sliced short ribs.  Wish I could make this more often, but as in a lot of cases the cost of these ribs is up there.   Having been a butcher for over 35 years,  I have cut many of "flanken style" beef ribs.  That's what to ask for, Flanken Style beef ribs.  They are cut off the beef plate, same as beef short ribs.  I marinate them in my Kalbi marinade and you can find that in my site below in the Smokin Hot page.  You will see the step by step's on this also.  Once you try this, you will want to try this again.  I served this with rice, homemade fresh cucumber kimchi, and even some brussle sprouts with bacon.  good luck.
