smoked some eggs, very iteresting. wive spit it out. the egg that is. but i decide to mix up about half dozen smoked eggs and hald doz. reg hardboiled and make eggsalad. put it on a dinner role, andi got smokey egg salad sliders

I think that is workable.  I haven't been around lately to make up anything.  I was hoping to smoke some ham steak this weekend but kids got in the way.  Keep it up men and smoke away. :happy1:

Ya, any fruit wood would go good with eggs.  I love using cherry for almost anything, but lately I've been using a mix of oak and maple which is also a mild combo.  A buddy of mine does a lot of woodwork and he asked me if I wanted some chips and I said yes.  Now I got enough to last me for two years LOL.  good luck.
