Who is in or out? I am out for area 12. Got 1 point. I may try for a surplus tag, not sure. I am thinking of just spending more time bow hunting deer. But I also know as it gets closer the addiction will kick in.

I did the 99 thing again this year! so I knew I wasn't going to get drawn. next year will be year 3!

i did 99 also even with 3 points. dont ffeel like runni g over to lottery zone. spend time lime jb. more bow hunti.g deer. and some ffishing. but will be doing the no qouta. zone.

It's been 4-5 years that I've applied and I finally got drawn.  I don't even remember how to hunt bear anymore.  Is it easier to pass shoot them or use a bunch of decoys?

In the late 80s I used to bait for a coup;e guys from the cities. Near Nemadji state forest a no quota zone west of hwy 23 private land.
 To get a bear smear yerself wit honey an peanut butter naked,go to the same spot for weeks wit some snicker candy bars leave 1/2 of them so they get used to yer scent.When ya jump outta the stand put da sleeper hold on em. an their yers!
