Made some polish a couple of days ago.  Good share of it will go up with us to the Ash River at the end of the month for a week stay.  Promised the owner of the resort we will stay at some and a southern boy who stays there in his trailer for the summer.   Used the same recipe as in my site in the homemade sausage page.  Vac Packed them up and in the freezer they go.  25 pounds worth.  the one pic with the single link in my hand shows when you link them properly you can cut them with no leaks on the ends.  good luck.

Thanks!  Thunder this was Curleys mix.  I added some red pepper flakes, extra garlic, and mustard seeds along with the powdered milk and 6 cups of cold water.  Also one ounce of cure 1  [5 teaspoons].  Same recipe as my polish with heat recipe on my site.  good luck.
