    1/2 cup red or white onion fine dice
1/2 cup red sweet Red pepper fine dice
1 carrot fine shredded
2 tbsp fine shredded fresh ginger

3/4 tbsp butter

1/4 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
5-6 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

3-4 tbsp Hoisin sauce

2 tsp black pepper


 In a saute pan melt butter and add sesame oil,add onions, peppers,ginger,carrot.Cook till onion is translucent.Add Hoisin,teriyaki.soy and black pepper.If you like add red pepper flakes for heat.

 Have on hand 1/2 lb cooked thin spaghetti noodles or angle hair noodles and add stir to coat and thats it.

 In cold weather we eat em hot,today we made em early and cooled in fridge for a side dish.
Try em their great ! We use Kikomen hoisin,teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.There are other brands with different flavors.Use what brand floats yer boat!!

That recipe sounds good, and I like the ingredients.  Love Asian foods.  good luck.
