I've been having a blast at my neighbors expense this year(kind of at mine too but its worth it!)  I got a new rider and the neighbor got a new push mower and weed whip this spring.  Its me vs. his team of 4 kids mowing and taking care of our lawns.  He has them instructed to mow at least twice a week if not more depending on when I do, and do whatever they need to keep his lawn looking better than mine.  We're both on 1/4 acre lots so hitting it with the rider takes about 15 minutes to there 45.  The part he doesn't know is that I am watering just the side by him every other and sometimes every night, and I mow the side of the yard by him almost daily whenever he isn't home.(he has lots of kids in sporting events while mine are 2 years old and 2 months old).  The part of my lawn by him looks like a damn golf course.  It's the darkest green I've ever seen it and he cant figure out where he's going wrong!  Ha I'm not going to keep it up long because the wife is going to kill me over the water bill but he comes home daily complaining to me about what in his soil 5 feet over from mine!  :censored: :bonk: :bonk: :happy1:  Its getting harder and harder not to tell him because he is getting really worked up about it but I think I'll have to soon as his kid always waters our plants when we go out of town for a week on the 4th and as they say, paybacks a .....

When I was a kid we did the same thing with our neighbor.  He got even by using a drop spreader at night and made a smiley face with fertilizer.  We had a nice dark green face in our front yard all year. Paybacks are a bitch.

If you really want to take it to the next level make the smiley face with roundup.

Same neighbor gave us a few lawn ornaments one winter.  He got 6 dead frozen calves and stood them up on our front lawn.  We got even by using a case of toilet paper and TPED the inside of his barn.  He had to clean it all up before cows would enter barn for milking.  Good times.

Ha ha excellent!  No roundup, I don't want to kill anything and I kind of want to keep it more subtle so he doesn't know.  I might just dump a big circle of fertilizer all the way around his house and try and convince him its a crop circle or something.

This is great, he just had his yard sprayed a couple weeks ago and hes already putting down more fertilizer.  I think he saw me watering last night because I heard his sprinklers come on at about 9 right after I went inside.  They fired up again this morning. :bonk:  I'm considering getting some tan or brown spray paint and just doing one or two large patches in his yard.  It'll mow out in a week or so but he'll lose it!

Make a lifesize cutout of a naked woman for a template, then apply fertilizer over that on his lawn, lift off. Let him water.  :rotflmao:
