Folks dealing with critters like gophers,feral cats,rabbits and in my case wood chucks I found that when the pellet gun doesn't do the job the .22 l/r in sub sonic works like magic,no loud crack of the .22,just  alittle snap,game over.Never herd of this ammo and infact I'm on a waiting list for my ruger 10-22 in heavy barrel with built in suppressor now that they are legal,just a long wait (6-8months) but now,not so sure I need a suppressor,this ammo is sweet.

Thanks for the info.  I have never heard of that ammo before.  Myself I'm lucky to live out in the country and prefer the 17.  243 if they are out over 150 yards ;)
