Boar- while not as precision a buddy of mine uses the same pot, same amount of water and his temp probe and figured the exact setting on his electric stove that maintains 130 degrees in the water for his own version of the sous vide machine.  He works it to perfection often.  Good experiment over a few beverages I'd guess.  You can do it!

Farm and City Days is the little local annual celebration we have here in Bugtussle. It goes by various other names, not suitable for family viewing.
Don't feel bad LL. You can go apply for your oat farmer disaster check at the FSA (govt. welfare) office. Just a way of life out here in the country.

my hometown, speckville, or as commonly know as Richmond is having there days this up coming weekend. known as river lake days. and yes I plan on partcipiating in the festivities.

the following weekend, cold spring is having its days. use to be a fun time to but now the brewery pretty much took it over so blah!!!!! called firefest.........it does raise funds for the fire dept but its country music................ISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
