reb theres a reason glenn keeps such things a secrete. myself i want people to be impressed by my cooking, so i give up.recipes no prob. when one hide recipes, that when ya need to proceed with caution. have the neighbor lady taste test first.

Night #1: Tacos with my Homemade Taco Seasoning - I also get chips, nacho cheese sauce and lot of jalapenos for nachos.

For breakfast I like a good ol' can of Hormel Corned Beef hash fried up in a pan with a little hot sauce. Always pack sandwiches for lunch in the stand with plenty of Snickers, Twix and Jerky for snacks.

Night #2:  Homemade Beef Stew and Biscuits and hopefully some chunked-up venison tenderloin from a fresh kill, fried-up in butter and garlic.

Also gotta have a lot of Apple and Pumpkin Pie from Jim's in Jordan (Minnesota Largest Candy Store).

Meal planning is still in the planning stage.  Before in the past I did 100% of the meals.  My nephew is now hunting with us this year with a friend and their sons and he is into cooking which is great.  He is bringing up his gas grill as well.  So he will do some and I will do some.  Sausage will be on for sure.  We normally do not do much for breakfast for we get out early.  Some coffee and some rolls and out the door.  My nephew has one meal planned and that is beef stew, always a good one.  I said I will make some pulled pork, so two more meals to go.  These are made ahead so just have to heat it up.  Lies around the campfire with adult beverages in the evening.  I told everyone to bring extra Zing Zang for it's the best mix for bloody Mary's.  that was a big hit last year.  Nothing but Zing Zang for me for bloody mary's.  Some past meals and the last two were from this past weekend.  Last pic was a thin German pancake as a bun for my smoked polish.  good luck.
