Man that is quite a variety Ken.  Very nice.  I need to try more things like that.  I just put salami in the oven.  It is a Curleys kit.  Too cold to mess with the smoker today.  I did 7 lbs pork and 5 lbs beef and added lots of garlic.  Makes great sandwichs...

Nice!
I like the idea of mixing up a larger amount of the base and doing a variety of seasoning mixes to try things out.  Just gotta be careful not to mix things up when making it so you know what's what.

I need to check out PS seasonings.

Yeah.....PS has a conversion chart on their website that allows you to make it by the pound. So you can make however much you want.So I made 5 three pound batches. In a couple months I'll make some different ones. I don't want to eat the same thing all the time.

I'm making Buffalo and Pepperoni sticks this week.Goose and beef.

Interesting... I was in a local store, might have been Costco.  They had Curly's BBQ Ribs heat and eat with sauce for like $4.50 a pound more or less

I think Curley's ribs and sauce is a different Company than Curley's seasonings.  good luck.

Willies Snack stick seasoning made into ground jerky strips.

Summer Sausage with mozzarella cheese

All using PS Seasonings.
