SO WHO'S GONNA WATCH THE GAME????????????????????

whats everyone gonna cook while watching the game.
we talked about some itialian meatballs, lil smokies, summer sausage crackers and cheese and of course.................. ' interseted in what others do..........always looking to change things up!

Meat is so much fun to cook and I love it but we may do seafood for the Superbowl.  I have some halibut that my Uncle brought back from his annual trip to Alaska.  i thought I would make Halibut Chowder.  My wife is looking forward to it too.  I also bought some mussels in a sauce that I might thaw out and cook as a side.  I suppose we should have a vegetable too, maybe brussel sprouts.  Of course this is all subject to change.  Sure would like to have a big chunk of meat in the pellet smoker/grill.

HEY! Cannon balls are better than those little green hoses you eat anyday!!!!!!!!!! I just called St Cloud hospital and said you LOVE brussel sprouts, so make sure yer first meal is a BIG bowl of them.   hubba_hubba-404.gif

I got me some fine rib rub the otter day so I'm planning on some ribs on game day.  Probably do a cabbage casserole  ( tasty stuff) and what else not sure yet. Although Brussel sprouts do sound tempting...hmm
