I wanted to add this too.

Please do not offer me any money this weekend for the food or beverages, I absolutely will not accept anything from anyone.

This is something that Jigglestick and I have talked about doing for the staff members and the regular members of the site, This is my way of appreciating them for what they do, we will be doing this again in the near future for those that can not make this trip.

If you would like to show your appreciation for this weekend, i will have the MNO window decals and the Illuminator jigs along, please take a look at them and possibly make a purchase or 2.

Thanks.

Have fun guys...  Wish I could make it up with you.  I am going through fishing withdrawals and my H2oC needs a work out.  We both are resting up for March Jumbos on Mille Lacs.

Take some pics of those things you call fish for me. ;D

I have another surprise for everyone.....

I ordered a 16 pound roll of New York Strip today too, so everyone will be able to enjoy a nice fat steak. This stuff will melt in your mouths, no need for knives!

If you guys want A1 or steaksauce, someone please grab some. I went way over my budget allready. ;D

This sounds like a lot of fun. I wish I could make it. I'll have to keep my eyes and ears open for the next one.
Here's to a long life and a merry one.

 A quick question

We were going to bring a couple of snowmobilies to move around for fishing.

Is it worth dragging them along? or is the "Good" fishing able to be driven too with the truck

I seen in Jigs pics, the lake was blown off and almost all glare ice. Not the greatest , but I also thought, if it was windy the fishouse hooked to the snowmobile would make a good anchor for the house.

 Thanks, Chuck

Maybe we should call this the "HighBanks Blast" get Together. ;)

Well . . . I didn't catch on to the joke 10 days ago.
However, last night I received an e-mail about some other HighBanksBlast being organized by some other website at some other HiBanks resort on some other lake.

Wow:
Great minds think alike?
OR
Imitation is the best form of flattery?

(disclaimer - just for clarification)
I'm having some fun with this, BUT NOT bashing that other website. I'd also respectfully request, in keeping with our standards here, that noone else take this as an opportunity to do so either.
I happen to like that other site well enough; I just like this one quite a bit more.

purely cooincidence desparado.

and...just for you, we will be sensitive and not say anything to hurt the other webplaces feelings. I'm sure they would extend us the same courtesy ::)

it was really kind of an inside joke between me and pat.
we knew only someone who cross-browsed would know about it.
