Finally in the new house and family is happy - all went really smooth!  Could not have done it without the help of my parents and wife's parents who showed-up to help us do a deep clean, trim up the landscaping and get things settled.  Therefore, I felt it was the right thing to do to fire up the Sow and feed the help - Did four racks of babybacks, oven-baked potatoes and grilled veggies.  It was a little tough doing the prep with very limited kitchen supplies unpacked, but it all turned out FANTASTIC!  Wife picked up some cheap sauce at Aldi (Their Burmann's brand) and I silently grumbled about it, but it's was actually REALLY good, I think I'll buy it again.  Had enough left over so I brought a few over to the new neighbors - I think I have a friend for life now :)  Really looking forward to getting all my equipment out and going hard-core on the meat making in the back-half of the summer to fill the freezer for winter.  Bacon, Hocks, Summer Sausage and Kielbasa are ALL on the list.

STRANGE!!! Didn't even notice, Reb!  Thanks for pointing out, I'll have to look into that - I didn't try to change it so not sure what's going on there.
