My brother was fishing Sucker River yesterday and caught over 30 pinks.  Kept a few fresh one's.  In my opinion pinks are good for smoking but not much for grilling or baking.  When pinks come into the streams they deteriorate quickly.  So you will see how fresh or "green" they are when you catch one.  If they have white stuff on them put them back if not you could keep them for smoking.  good luck.

Spawn sacks Snow.  Kind of like fishing for loopers and steelhead.  Drifting them under a bobber.  good luck.
