Green beans
Since everyone is talking about green beans on just about every thread here why not start a favorite green bean recipe and who knows Reb might even find one that he would like . I'll start it off with mine, a spicy Szechuan fried green beans.

Here's one I could handle....


Fall Green Bean Surprise

Take 2 lbs of fresh green beans, snipped; combine with 1 lb of yellow beans in a large glass bowl. Mix in 1/2 pint of cider vinegar, and 1 Tbsp capers. Add 1/2 tsp dill weed and garlic powder. Add one 6 oz jar of green olives with pimentos. Let marinate overnite in a cool place. In the morning, take bowl outside and dump over the cat. Surprise!    :rotflmao:
