Not that I am a Goodell fan but, they wanted someone to have the power to make decisions without having a board do it.  Now that some of those decisions are not in favor of Jerry he is like a spoiled kid that wants his ball back and he is going home with it so noone else can play neither.

JJ & Cam row the same boat in my eyes. All  & smiles when things are good,, quite the opposite when things go the other way. Not really a big fan of Goodell either, but can't really blame him for asking for the keys to the kingdom, while hoping he gets to keep the farm. I thought that's how negotiations went, aim high so you can take less. I, too, did think his $50 mil/year, lifetime private jet, & lifetime ins for his family was more than a little over the top.  Especially when some of the people he works for probably aren't making that kind of money.
