Hmmm.  I think the map is broke.

I shoveled 1.5" off my driveway this morning, with more falling as I drove to work.  This map doesn't show any snow for the Twin Cities in the past 72 hours.

I see plenty of snowfall displayed for CawChester and La Crosse, so the map is doing something.  I just don't anything recorded where i live in the north metro.

Maybe they are measuring inches of precipitation (i.e. melted down snow) and the 1.5" of fluffy snow I got amounts to nothing more than a trace of precipitation that doesn't show up on their map.
