A little late but here's what we had for the game.  Didn't really care much about the game but always a good reason to get some family together and eat badly!  :sleazy:

Everything on the table but the BBQ meat balls and pepperoni bread.

Hard to see but there was BBQ Ribs, pulled pork, pulled beef, corn on the cob, chili cheese dip, BBQ meat balls, pepperoni bread, brownies, pork and beans, chips, corn bread and fries.  My son went and picked up a big BBQ InfamousDaves feast meal plus all the stuff my wife made.  :toast:

Ouch! Which one did you go to just so we know not to go there? Ours was pretty good.

I didn’t put out a spread like Leech, but I did whip up a couple of different dips that I really liked and thought I would share them. One is a cold dip and the other should be kept warm.

Skol Sausage Dip
Ingredients
1 pound bulk/loose hot sausage
8 ounces cream cheese
1 10-ounce can hot diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained (Rotel)
Tortilla chips, for serving
Preparation
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain grease then add cream cheese and tomatoes to the pan. Stir until cream cheese is melted and everything is fully combined.
Pour mixture into a slow cooker and set it on low. Serve dip directly from the slow cooker with tortilla chips on the side

"Crush the Packers" Corn Dip
Ingredients
2 15-ounce cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups corn chips, crushed
Tortilla chips, for serving

Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the corn, green pepper, red I onion and cheddar cheese. Add mayo and mix until combined.
Just prior to serving, mix in crushed corn chips. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
