Yup, he is. Charged with murder. He never was a cop IMO. Stuck in there for "diversity sake". Hope he gets the rack.  :police:

That is not a police officer. What a sissy. Get out of the car and say what do you need heck you have a partner there 2 of ya and 1 solo female coming at ya I think the 2 of ya likely coulda took her. Awful. Ruined a families family tree the hurt extends down the line. This one never really turned into a race event thankfully because most are smart enough to see if this was anybody any race any cop were 100% sure he deserves the max. Prayers to those who knew and loved her.

There will be some level of race thing going on.  Some group was on the radio this morning talking about white officers shooting black men and getting off scott free.  So you know they are going to jump all over this deal.  They were talking about the black officer that shot the beautiful blonde white girl.........  And will he get treated fairly.  They will be stopping traffic again.

Oh you know it Lps.  Just think if it were reversed (country's). A white  cop doing the same exact thing to a local. Probably wouldn't go to trial, beheaded on the spot.

To me, personally, I don't care WHAT color or ethnicity he was. He sure wasn't a real cop, as defined by his actions, and his stupid partner wasn't either, IMO, and he's white as I understand it. He said he pulled his weapon, too, as he "was spooked".  He's just as guilty as the other guy, the way I see it. From what I can find, neither one went thru full bore academy training and state boards.......which I find hard to believe, if they didn't , WTH were they sworn in as cops?! I've gotta do lots more checking on that one....

UPDATE....I found out Noor IS a glorified CSP (Community Service Person). So was his partner. (I imagine that's why they were "partnered up") A 7 month accelerated program??! You can't learn properly  in that time frame! Working before even taking yer state boards?? Hell, when I was on the force, you were a bottom of the pile probie for one full year.....AFTER all yer training and schooling....which took TWO years. And they put them out there to protect us?!  Omigod.... :doah:
This is just my opinion......I won't get into the arguing of what happened that nite, as so many do the "He should have"...."he could have" stuff. You just CAN'T second guess those things unless you were there. All I will comment on is...shooting from  INSIDE yer squad ACROSS yer partner?!
