Awhile back I had mentioned that I made Curley's Old Fashioned Weiners and some Ring Bologna.  I also said they tasted the same.  I now know why.  Human error on my part.  I labeled some of them wrong.  They each have a distinct taste and they are both very good.  I ran out of the round ring casings so finished the Bologna in hog casings as I did with all of the Weiners.  That is where I labeled them wrong.  SO you may want to try them.  Very good.  We've been having one of them almost every week.

The ring bologna is real good too.  I put lots of mustard seed in it and lots of garlic too.  Also some milk powder from Rineharts advice.  So where the heck has he been recently???  Do you have a sausage stuffer Rebs?  You can buy ground pork and beef and make your own.  I used to love ring bologna in the store buy now it tastes like fat with no flavor.  This stuff is great.

No, I don't, Barry. Honestly don't eat much sausage, even thought I really like it.
