The restaurant business is tough with changing trends and customer perceptions, and I gotta believe most of 'em operate on pretty thin margins.

I used to go to Perkins a lot, but it seems the overall quality has slipped across the board.  Now I like to find Ma and Pa Greasy Spoons.

that is what I like to do too when I'm traveling around...  ya can find some darn good food too!!!
