My boys and I cooked-up a feast for Mother Day.  We did a copycat Chipotle Chicken Recipe and did tacos and burrito bowls.  Also did a copycat Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice.  It was SPOT ON! The Blackstone worked great and it turned out perfect.  My 9yr old is sporting a quarantine mohawk courtesy of the barber also known as Dad!

I found both the Chicken and Rice recipes on the Culinary Hill Website.  Easy and really good.

Oh yeah - use this thing a lot - it's a ton of fun.  the grill has it's place, but it's getting a LOT less use with this thing now in-play.  I still use the grill for brats, dogs, sausages.  it's about half/half for steak, chops and chicken - honestly leaning towards the flat-top more for those as well.  Burgers are all on the flat top now.

I would totally consider one of those if I didn't already have a Camp Chef 3 burner, a weber kettle, and a weber smoky mountain....

The griddle on the camp chef does the job for the two of us, in company with a 12 inch cast iron skillet and assorted other stuff.
