MNO Softball team (signup)

I started a different thread last fall for this too.

Who is interested in joining an MNO Softball team this spring? I think we had a half dozen or so that said they would play.

We would play in a centrally located area, I'm thinking we need about 11 -12 players and 2 subs.

Cost will be divided by the amout of players that signup, I can look into having one or more of our sponsors to sponsor the team also, MNO will also sponsor the team.

We need to move fast on getting a team together, so please signup asap, I'll look into a few different fields to play, if anyone wants to help, please let me know.

I would possibly play but I am out of softball this year with the shoulder surgery.  Maybe next year although I might get real used to this sitting in the stands and watching and having a few adult beverages...  ::)

  lol ya were and what night are you trying to play?  I play monday wensday and thursday looking for a tuesday night hopefully usssa and around the blaine area if that is possible.  I'm 21 and played for six years.

I am going to sign my brother up for the team.  He wants to play, but won't admit it.  It is only softball, it's not like it is a real sport.  We should have a lot more people signed up.  Just think that it is a good excuse to get out and drink beer with the guys during the week.

Ok..... I found a league on theEast Metro area.

I tried Bloomington and Eagan and they are full.

We need to pick a league quickly, the deadline for rosters and final payments are due next week.

Fields: White Bear Ave & N St. Paul Road
Schedule not available 14 games
Tuesday Evenings
Co-Rec league- Class D
Maximum 20 players
League fee: $485 plus $50 nonresident fee... Toyal of $535
Cost per person will be approx $30-$40 per person, depending on amount of players.

It must be Co-Rec and on a Tuesday or Thursday evening.

I can not play any earlier than 7pm, we'll have to make sure its a 7pm or 8pm start, that will allow everyone enough time to be there.
