If only our country could work together like this :USA:

:dancinred:  Amazing ingenuity n teamwork for the necessity to move a large shed.

 :doah: ....
The Amish know how to get big projects done without complicated engineering. They didn't even tear up the ground or trim foliage. Enviromentally friendly move.

And I thought that United States Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon was good...

How's this for cooperation?  :happy1:

Hello All,

Our neighbors had a very large metal pole shed that they no longer wanted.  The Amish Family next door said they wanted it.  How will you
move it was  asked.  They replied that some of their friends would help them carry it to his property about 800 yards away. Who would have thought that 250 friends would show up.  :doah:

See attached video.

That was cool as heck.  They moved right along too.  SO 250 people that each held up 40 lbs would be 10,000 lbs.  If they each could hold up 50 lbs it would be 12,500 lbs.

How do you normally attach a pole barn to the ground.

You simply just have your buddies pick it up so you can lay some footings or dig holes for putting some poles into the ground and then attatch to the poles already in the building.

Lots of Mennonites down here & that's probably how they'd do it too.
