Time to buy new fishing :fishing: and hunting :Hunter: licenses by March 1

 :doah: ...
It’s the time of year when hunters and anglers need to buy new fishing and hunting licenses.

Minnesota fishing, hunting and trapping licenses for 2020 expire Sunday, Feb. 28.
Licenses for 2021 are now available wherever hunting and fishing licenses are sold, online at mndnr.gov/buyalicense and by telephone at 888-665-4236.
All 2021 fishing licenses become effective Monday, March 1.

New licenses are required for 2021 hunting and fishing seasons that continue past Feb. 28.
Current ice shelter licenses, though, are valid through Friday, April 30.
Anyone who wants to start fishing or hunting can visit the DNR’s learn to fish and learn to hunt pages.

I'm kind-a unsure if we'll get da husband & wife combo fish-in license dis year dur- in da MN vacation dis summer. Borgie :queen: didn't fish at all last year. To much fer her get-in in & out a-da boat deez days. :pouty: It was sure more easy ta find dem fish wit 2 lines in da water :happy1: instead of just da one. :censored: line. :banghead:

I might just have ta get a hold a Glenn fur a back-up person :smoking:  :tut: But he'd have ta leave his spear at home

Got mine, wife still needs to redeem hers. Only that irks me is that both our names are not on the licenses like in years past. Screws up my system. Now I am going to need a duplicate license.

I get the combo sportsman as well. I always used to put the wife's copy in my tackle box because it had both our names on it and put mine in my wallet so I would have it with in the fall when cruising around in the forest looking for grouse. I have been checked plenty of times fishing and the COs were always good with her license for both of us. Since both names were on it.
