Just waiting. I save by getting senior small game and trapping licenses. Don't need trout or pheasant stamps any more. Still need my walk in access, though. That's OK.  We buy the married angling license.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

Personally I couldn't give 2 turds about fishing, hunting license discounts. When you figure the cost, vs hours spent doing it, it's pretty cheap entertainment.

If I'd worry about license costs, I'd sell all my stuff, because that stuff is WAY more spendy then a license.

Now that marriage license.    :doah:   :rotflmao:

so, couple weeks ago i bought my license for the upcoming year, never thought of the new regulations book. i stopped by yesterday wher i bought the license and they said they havent been sent out yet??????? WTF......how can  the DNR sell you a license but not have  the new regulation's out with it!!    kinda azz backwards if ya ask me????? :doofus:

maybe i should call my friends in grand rapids!!!!! :sleazy:   :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

with a possible tullibee fishing excursion in the future i wanted to check on possible limits, so i went to the DNR website thinking there is a limit on them, knowing lake like mille lacs and leech have limits......i think???? guess other lakes do not have a limit. not that i want a truckload. maybe 30 fish at most......to smoke 3 different batches of 10 each!!!!!

Agreed glenn about our dnr,my atv tag expired december 31st,never got a notice from the dnr, called them they said they no longer send renewal notices, further they said it would take two weeks to get my new tags as they ran outof license tag materials, wtf? must be coming from china.

pretty sure mille lacs has bag limits on tullies, last I was told 10 daily, but who know's now?don't care about fishing mille lacs these days, just good memories from years past.

Maybe hit URL glenn, whitefish run late march south shore out of roger's,pre spawn run,not sure if URL has a limit on whitefish these days but we always did good mid day waiting for the evening crappie bite back in the boom days.

 Brother was going to pick up a new regs book at the Bstore on Sunday as they had some on a rack by the door with the Shopper. Picked up the book & it was the 2021 regs book. :bonk:  Thought it was strange that the new licenses were available, but they still had the old regs book out. Do you know a Dave Wentzel too?  Because the guy that's now the head of the GR office & has been out to our lake association meetings name is Dave Weitzel.  :sleazy: :nerd:            ;)

Wife and I got our licenses yesterday (28 Feb) in Fairmont. Went to a bait shop around 10:30. They're open 3:00-6:00 PM.
Went to a Dunham's in Fairmont. They don't sell the licenses.
Ended up going to (forgive me) Walmart. No 2022-23 books.
      At least we're ready, now.
