Whats the opinion here? Should the US ok sending in the Migs to help Ukraine? Seems they are dead without them but I'm not sure they will make a difference in the end.

Is it worth starting WWWIII over?

Ukraine doesn't have fighter planes. So who is going to fly them?

I would have to say stay out of there

My nephew is a fighter pilot and flies an F-22 Raptor. Which would put him a the top of the list to be there first. Right now he’s over in Poland waiting.

My sister is a basket case over this.

Sadly for them they had a chance to join NATO but waited just a bit to long. The USA can't police the world, enough American blood has been shed around this world and the thanks they get for dying for others freedom is chastised by a bunch of brainwash professor bots in their own country.
The best we can do is maybe send them un-man drones and anti-tank and aircraft weapons, medical aid and supplies.
The first dies American found dead on the ground or in a downed plane will get other countries like China in the fray.  :undecided:

Russia moved in when they did because they knew the world would NOT come to Ukraine's aid for fear of global war.

And they were banking that they could survive any economic sanctions placed against them.  Will this push old enemies Russia and China together as allies against the west and the rest of Europe?

It will be interesting to see how the occupation progresses.  Will the resistance persist and eventually force Russia to withdraw like they (and we) had to do from Afghanistan?

As long as the conflict doesn't escalate immediately, I don't expect Russia to make any more moves.  If they prevail in Ukraine, they can consolidate their gains and play the long game, waiting to exploit the next opportunity and global weakness.

If it were me, I would call Putin hand and declare/enforce the no-fly zone.  If rumors are true regarding problems with Russia's advance, and there is intelligence to back up the notion that their military has weaknesses, they aren't in any position to escalate the conflict either.

Russia moved in when they did because they knew the USA had the most weak feeble Leader in it's history and the world would NOT come to Ukraine's aid for fear of global war.

Steve-o,

Little man putin is pretty savy butchering ppl as he has proven in the past,he attacks hot and heavy with his young carpet soldiers, could careless how many young/dumb lives are lost, his method is to weaken his advisarary then as the conflict wears on he'll send in the "A" teams to mop up,this happened serbia and syria.

Me thinks the worst is yet to come in this conflict, the world know's putin hold card is his threat to use nukes, but will he? if so no winners either side.

Big game changer in this conflict is talk of russia using chemical weapons like they did in syria, remember the russian chlorine barrel bombs? claims of mustard gas as well.

Scary times and weak U.S leadership, doesn't help with goofball biden name calling, they need to muzzel both slow joe and clueless harris....

So hard to say what is the right thing to do.  We all know practically nothing.  Would like to see Putin put in his place but being so deranged what will be his next step.  The most satisfying thing would be to see his people take him out.

I'm thinking, hoping, Putin will stop with the Ukraine. Unfortunately Ukraine will be the sacrificial lamb in this deal. If Putin even touches Poland or any other countries on the border I think he will find out if our bombers can reach Moscow. As people found out with 9/11 it's all fun and games until it hits home, then all hell brakes lose.

Prayers for Ukraine but you are on your own.

yesterday news, putin arrested one of his chief security ppl,me thinks putin is getting parinoid kinda like sadamn in his late days, lived his life with a body double seen in public,puti9n has a price on his head these days or maybe just more propaganda?

Bottom line, putin is targeting civilian targets while we/the world watch....how much longer can we the world sit idle?

Pretty sure there is alot more going on here than we know, all the under the table B.S with the bidens years back Trump in 2019 was impeached because of his phone conversation with this ukrainian prez which lead to the russia collution hoax, this while bidens black mail recorded phone call  about hunter biden and the American billion $$ aid package ppl forget
 about...

But agreed,if putin keeps rolling and hits a nato allie, the gloves come off

Yep that's why the US has to stay out of some of these wars. We end up paying for it and a pile more refuges to take care of.   :undecided:

Last night watched  interview with a retired cia intel officer iffin one can believe the media, this guy spoke well...regarding how the ukrainians are holding they're own.

He claimed our CIA setup a covert ukrainian training camp in western ukrain in 2014 after russia annexed crimeia, they have been training the ukrainian spec opts for 8 years in guerilla warfare, and weapons training,he claimed biden pulled these guyz out as putin was loading up the ukrainian border as not to have any U.S. casualties and  create a conflict with putin and a flob like afganistan with drawing our people...interesting if true and gone undected by russia for 8 years if true.

war and B.S  marry, back in my day we would have cia spooks visit out fob's whilst training locals so this doesn't surprise me in the least.
