For years all the turkey and deer hunters complained that much of the view from the blind (shed) was blocked by my brother-in-laws camper. We moved it a half mile to the west off my land and onto his. It's a great spot high on a hill with a grand view of field, swamp and a pond. It only took part of a day to clear the spot, move the camper, deck and other bits.

Original view, most of view of the field was blocked by camper.

New unimpeded view. Now nothing can sneak up on us.

Parking trailer at new camp site.

Brother-in-Law breaking in new location.  Fantastic view from here.

Well done, big improvement. But Glenn wanted me to ask.....doesn't that eliminate a excuse for missing a shot?     :rotflmao:

Here's another view from the new location. Indian Paint flowers. Lots of them.

Confusing statement-back story?

We moved it a half mile to the west off my land and onto his.

Leach~~,
Yes, there is a back story. Now that you ask, I got a bit interested on the timeline that got us here so I did some research (using pictures) and here’s the story.
I bought the yellow camper back in the early 1990’s and put it at our primitive campsite which consisted of an old 4X6 fish house and an even older 8X8 fish house.  Sometime after that my brother-in-law bought land adjacent to mine. (Not the land we moved the camper to). The first picture I found of the campsite was taken in 2007. By 2011 there were two campers on the site. We built the shed in 2013. During 2014 I bought the new camper, gave my BIL the two old campers and my BIL and I each bought part of 165 acres adjacent to our existing land. We moved the campers his southern access about ¾ mile away. One year later I traded my BIL 100 acres of my land for some of his that was connected to mine. This included the land where we moved the trailer to this past weekend. Now, along came 2016 when I purchased an adjacent 80 acres that had a cabin my friends had built back in 2003. Being I now had a cabin I no longer needed the new camper so I traded it for an Argo.  Sometime before this my father gave my BIL a small camper which was placed about a half mile from the cabin. We now moved that to the south access and returned the yellow camper to the shed site where it sat from 2016 until we moved it a few days ago when we setup his new campsite. His new campsite is ½ mile from the old campsite and one mile from my cabin. We own all the land between so it’s not a big deal where the campsite was established. He did not get kicked off my land. Lol.

Sorry for not replying back.  Was up north and for some reason the site wouldn't let my cell phone on and I've changed my password twice.  No issues on home PC oddly?
