Smomer build Q.

So nuilding smomer, question is on electronics, i have a temp controler, and im buying a heating element, i cant find the element i want, they are outa stock everywere! The only one that is avaiable is one with its own controler, which is either high, med, low. My question is im sure it will work. But would i need to set it on high and set temp on temp controler?

not sure why that wouldnt work?????????? but who knows with how electronics work?????? know any electricians?????? maybe he could tell ya!!!!

Boar, what you have inside that thermostat is a bi-metal element. If you turn it to high, the contract should stay closed an allow your other temperature control to control the on/off cycle to the heating element.
Another thing you may be able to do if you can open up that thermostat, is jumper out the contacts?
