ok first I'm not a big fan of fast food over all...   but a decent burger is always good..  or a roast beef maybe...  but Taco Johns is advertising 3 shrimp mango taco for $6.00.. seems to good to be true or darn small taco's!!!  but they sound good!!!   might have to find a an order...

Go for it.  Sounds good.  We don't eat a lot of fast food but will hit one when out of town. We do have a McD here in town so once a month we will get a Quarter Pounder with cheese or Big Mac there.  Haven't been to a drive thru taco place for a long time and we are talking of hitting one the next time in Bemidji.  Commercials do work.

They sound good and look even better, though they never quite as good in real life as they do in the ads ;) .

NEW! 3 FOR $6 MANGO SHRIMP STREET TACOS

I make fish tacos all the time (and probably posted a few pics on the what's for dinner thread) - fried crappie was the last one.  Fish, homemade pico de gallo salsa, cheese, some sort of street taco sauce, and Cholula hot sauce.   :happy1:

Those taco's do look good. Bout the only time I hit fast food is going otta town early morning chasing Roosters,  the only downfall the public land parking areas got no biffys I can get rid of it.... Although if Jimmy John's counts we hit that up a few times a year headin lake side, the pooches always get a treat at da drive thru..

i've hit a Culvers a couple times lately driving back and forth to the U with Sue, pretty good food. taco places......nah we make'em better at home and we use beef. i'm trying to convince momma to try ground chicken, but she just curls her nose. occasionally a subway but like jersey Mikes the best. a hardees for the mushroom and swiss on occasion, maybe an Arbys every now and then but naw to burger king or mickey D!

Amen to Jersey Mike’s, Glenn. Best fast food subs.  Culver’s is also the best for burger type fast food, but I’ve noticed some differences from one place to another. Best fast food tacos around gotta be Boca Chica Taco House on west 7th in St Paul.

I’m pretty sure I’ll like it. As a matter of fact, I don’t think I’ve ever met a porketta I didn’t like. I’ll confirm it though.

No one has mentioned White Castle?

The number of times I went to White Castle decreased proportionately with the number of times I stayed out drinking til the bars closed.  :bonk:

Fast Food = turd maker.   It all makes a turd with some making it quicker.    Only time I eat it is when out of town or just don't have time to stop and eat.  After many years on the road they are all pretty much the same.

Tough choice. White Castle or Toxic Juan's. Both sure cures for constipation.

I have been to White Castle about 3 times.  Many years ago in our party era.  Was always after 2 am.  They were absolutely the best tasting thing I ever had.  The first time I was going to get an ocean burger and a cheese burger.  My buddy laughed and said no you need to order 2 ocean burgers and about 4 cheese burgers.  I did and ate them all.  LOLOL  It was a great night!
