Don't know where these know it all emails quoting "experts" like this one originate from but I find them them annoying at worst and mildly amusing at best. Couldn't help but chuckle though when I saw the title on this one. Hell, according to this, I should be bound up tighter than a drum 99% of the time!  :rotflmao:

I read part of that Dotch and it was so depressing I couldn't finish it.  SO it seems that every thing makes one constipated.  I see all of these things that make it hard to get an erection too, including vitamin D and fish pills etc.  My sister in law is one of those conspiracy theorists when it comes to food and used to give me books for Christmas about good diets cuz she thinks I eat too much meat.  I read a chapter and can't stand any more.  SO eat whatever you want in moderation.  Drink what you want in moderation too.  You will be very healthy with moderation.  And that is a relative term.   :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :happy1:

And if moderation is hard to follow at times we can always rely on good ol stool softeners.   :sleazy:

That's just it. I don't know of anyone existing on a strictly red meat, cake and French fry diet. By the looks of some of the obese people running, er, sitting around, it's possible but hey, that's their problem.

So, basically bad for you...  red meat, sugar, carbs and dairy.  They've been telling us that for years.

Basically food for you...  vegetables and fruits, except for persimmons.  I won't have any problems limiting my intake of those.   :rotflmao:
