Saturday night was close to a perfect evening, for me.
I sat by a campfire, smoked a good cigar, drank a little Crown Royal and listened to the sounds of nature. Just me and the dog.

What's your idea of the perfect evening?
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

Pretty much the same and we thought it was perfect last night too.  Maybe add a grilled porterhouse to that scenario.  And a few brandys.

Depends where I am. At home, it's sitting on the patio with a Sapphire or Boodles & Jack Rudy's tonic, waiting for the grill to get ready, keeping an eye on Poppy while watching the sheep graze on the hillside below. In Canada, it's sitting by the dock with my buddy Bill in the gazebo, with same G&T's as above, cheese, kippers & crackers, watching the loons swim past, waiting for the perfect sunset.
