As a kid, I wasn't into Westerns much, sci-fi was my thing.  But now I've matured (some)    and look back to the "classics" to be truely entertained.   I cannot narrow it down to one, not even 2.  But anything with Clint Eastwood & John Wayne are sure to be a hit!   :cowboy:

Tombstone was a pretty good film.
Young Guns was OK if you had a few beers to watch it with. (And it made my girfriend at the time really hot...go figure)

"The Searchers"  with John Wayne.  It came out in 1957 and my dad and I went to see it together.  It always reminds me of that time.

Tombstone by far, I just can't get into the old western movies.

I don't know if it qualifies as a western movie but if Dances with wolves is on I always end up watching it, and more recently everytime Open Range is on I can't seem to leave the couch.

Dead Wood on HBO is an awesome show (not a movie) but worth mentioning.
