This is a very simple recipe for some good sandwiches

1 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncini
1 packet of dry italian dressing
1 3 pound beef chuck roast

Put beef in a slow cooker and pour the pepperoncini and dry italian on top of it.  Let it cook all day. Break apart the beef the last hour or so.

Serve with hoagie bun and some provolone cheese

Great sandwich!!!  I did change one thing sort of.. I used a  french baggette for bread and heated the chesse and bread in microwave for a bit... It is the kinda of meal you put on in the morning then go fishing all day.. When you come home it's hot and ready, a few brews, hot sandwich, and then time for bed..   QG

My fiance made this meal for me when I came to visit her this weekend.  I've had this quite a few times in the past.  But this time it was extremely SPICEY-HOT.  I'm not sure if she put the wrong peppers in or what.  But my first bite i coughed it was so strong.  I still ate it, its sooo good.  Bagget sounds really good also. Eating it straight out of the slow cooker is good, eating it on bread is good, its all good.  MMM.  I'm happy that you liked it Quil

I'm happy you liked it.  It sure is simple to make and is even better to eat.  It's crazy how a guy can eat a couple lbs of this stuff in one sitting.
