Here is a go too easy  grilling method for a 3 to 5 pound chuck roast. firsttake it out of the fridge and let it stand at room temp for 45 minutes . then season it with  garlic powder salt  pepper  and i like a little season salt. pierce the meet with a fork to get the salts and spices in the meat .
set up your charcoal grill to cook indirectly . cook this roast  for 1 to 1 1/2 hour. removefrom the grill and let stand covered with foil for atleast twenty minutes.  carve and serve with your favorite fresh veggie  and a backed potatoe .  cheers    scott       :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef:
