I fished part of the lower gull river reservoir this afternoon using a red genz worm tipped with a crappie minnow caught a mix of crappie/sunfish in 2.5 feet of water..
looks like it has slowed down just a little bit over the weekend I'm hoping to get out tomorrow after work and hit bar harbor and government point Chanel..

??? not so much to say tonite with the cold front that came through along  with the wind. met up with the iceman to go fishing , but iceman must have forgoten his pole as the woodchuck caught all the crappies tonite ! nothing big and a lot less the the nite before, only 6 small fryers to stink up the pan . maybe next time out icey ? and dont forget the fishing pole ?
