we held a fest last year and had over 120 there, would any of you like to consider coming again this year
the dates would be July 27-29- its 7 miles west of Milacs Lake on the north end near Garrison-- we will post more if we get some feed back- cost nothing, everyone welcome, camping and parking-nothing
again we will post more if your interested, it was a blast last year and its only going to get better

atvs, clay shooting, bb guns for the kids, the whole family is welcome (dont forget them) they support your fishing habits and can out fish you
we have to know soon so just say yay or nay

we have 10 small lakes with fish in them within 10 miles, camp lake, upper and lower south long, erickson, bulldog, round, smith, nokay lake, farm lake just to mention a few- come when you want leave when you want, eat when you want

we have my mothers 180ftx 60 shed to duck into with tables, freezer, electric etc

well we pinned a date down--July (27-28-29) for the FEST

my mother has her shed open that date, the reunions, the weddings, the graduations partys, are usually done and its slow fishing time-

we wont be able to put campers out in the field this year because they planted corn there this year; - but theres always plan "B"

WE HAVE 64 ACRES- about a football field away from the shed we used last year for parking to the north of it, plenty of spots, we have or own driveway to the cabin, we just got a well drilled and HOPEFULLY, electric to it in the next couple weeks- its still going to be the portable out house or your favorite tree or bush in the woods for relief- nothing fancy

we can drive along the edge of the corn field to the shed or come in mothers driveway for the shed

this year dogs are allowed if they are not around the food or kids- theres plenty of shade trees near our cabin- they must be leashed- "PERIOD"
Again the freezer will be there, electric-- bring your card tables and chairs, we cant get those we had last year-they sold there business out;;- there will be a couple grills there, propane, charcoal etc, bring your own meats, treats, pop, beer- eat and drink when ever you want-- theres no set time for everyone to eat at a certain time

there will be room by our cabin to shoot clays- we have 1 double thrower

if we get a few people to bring BB guns along like last year and adults that will supervise them when there shooting, its a-go again, we will have the targets set up--it was a blast last year- atvs are welcomed but this year maybe adults should make sure young ones under the legal age are suppervised and helmets

we encourage family"s and kids to come

sounds like a fun time. I will have to ask the better half if there is anything going on then. I heard DaveO is a good shot with the shotgun

Gosh last year we had 3 pull throwers and 2 hand tosser going at the same time- talk about the laughs-- the back up guys had there hands full with 10 clays flying in all directions-- bring lots of shells Dave and everyone else-- theres no set time on shooting, you feel like it --just do it-- thats the way it should be-- thats camping at Russ&Judys

last year the kids almost melted down the BB guns barrels

Cant make it. A lot of us will be at the Pout party up north this same weekend, the date has been planned for the Pout party for a couple of months now.

Did I miss this fest last year? I was at the IBOT fest but I dont remember any Russ&Judy Fest?
